AnimationLocomotion Cycles

Cycle Animations

Here are several step-by-step breakdowns of how I create my animation cycles that I share on Instagram. I always begin by establishing the COG (Center of Gravity) to define the overall rhythm and weight of the movement. Once the foundation feels right, I move on to the legs, building the primary locomotion before layering in the upper body, arms, and finally the secondary motion and follow-through.
